Building a gender diverse workforce using Reejig

Proactively hiring more female talent is a strategic necessity for modern businesses. A gender-balanced workforce fosters innovation, aligns with broader markets, enhances decision-making, attracts top talent, improves financial performance, demonstrates ethical leadership, and enriches organizational culture. Searching for Talent in Reejig

  • Log into your Talent Ecosystem

  • Navigate to your Search and Filter menu and enter your desired search criteria.

Note: By default, your search is set to your entire Ecosystem, however, there is an option to restrict your search to Internal or External talent only if that is your preference.

Background

  • Job Title(s): Allows you to specify multiple job titles that you can include or exclude from your search
  • Location: Specify a desired location for your search and adjust the distance radius as required. By default, this is set to 30 kms of the specified location
  • Keywords: Search across the entire data set and refine further by adding ‘and’ or ‘not’ to your search string
  • Companies and Industries: You may wish to include organization / competitor names or Industries that are relevant in the background history of the talent you are searching for

Experience

The experience filter allows you to specify the years of experience your talent may need to have overall and/or in their current role and company. It also allows you to specify an education level (tertiary) and any specific skills that your talent may need to possess.

To add skills, simply start typing the skill name into the field and Reejig will surface a list of suggested skills to choose from.

Signals

Signals are ‘tags’ that highlight important information about a talent profile and may be useful in quickly filtering certain identifiers in or out of your search. Learn more about signals here.

About

The About filter allows you to search for a particular Name, Gender, work type (e.g. Casual, part-time) and readiness for change

Contact

The Contact filter allows you to bring up talent profiles based on:

  • How they can be contacted (email, mobile or InMail)
  • Whether they have provided consent to be contacted (Not Given, Granted or Withdrawn)
  • What talent pools they may already be sitting in

Saving your search

If your search is one you wish to refer to again in the future, or if you wish to build a Talent Pool or Talent Community - you will need to save your search. To do this, simply click on ‘Save’ at the top of the Search and Filter menu

Once your saved search is created you have the ability to rename it, duplicate it, delete it, copy the URL to share with a colleague and create a talent community from it.

How to create  a Talent  Community
