Signalling the information you need

Every profile can be tagged with Reejig Signals. These indicate important information to know about each profile, and they can be easily filtered against when searching for talent. Having these quick visual identifiers for key information speeds up your identification of talent. 


Find the definitions for Reejig Signals below, noting that some signals may be custom mapped to suit specific business needs: 

Silver medalist This person passed a level of screening for a role, but didn't quite make it. They could be a great fit for a future role.
Alumni This person has worked for you before.
Veteran This person has identified themselves as a veteran.
First Nations This person has identified themselves as first nations. 
Regulator This person recently or currently works for a regulator you have defined with Reejig. Check your organisation’s policies on whether you can approach them.
Contractor This person is a contingent worker or is currently on a contract. 
At Risk This person has been identified as at risk (e.g. will be made redundant/job won't exist in future)
Qualified

This person is highly qualified in their field and would be a great culture fit.

Open to relocation

This person is willing to move anywhere for the job.

Regional This person works in a regional area.
Security cleared

This person has a base-level security clearance.

Work anywhere

This person has a preference for remote or hybrid work.

High potential

An employee with exceptional performance that you wouldn't want to lose.

This person is a timely candidate for opportunities. This may be related to redundancy, contract expiry or other factors.
