Talent Pools vs Talent Communities

Talent Pools and Talent Communities are two of the best tools to track and group talent inside of Reejig. You find and manage these in the 'Talent Management' section in Reejig.

Talent Communities are a dynamic pipeline of talent, that grows as more live profiles are added to Reejig.

How are Talent Communities made?

Talent Communities are created based on a search in the Talent Ecosystem, and include all the profiles that fit the search criteria. As new candidates meet the search criteria, either by learning new skills or entering the Reejig Ecosystem for the first time they’ll be added to the community automatically.

Every Talent Community can be expanded by our Reejig 'Crawling' bot which looks for and automatically adds candidates from the Talent Ecosystem that match the search criteria. Just open the Talent Community details and turn on 'Crawling' to add new candidates.

Note: In order for crawling to be enabled, you must have a location specified in the search criteria. By default, Crawling is always enable when a location is specified

To turn crawling off - you do so in the talent community by switch the toggle off.

Communities can be managed together, and nurtured through custom nudges and EVP messages that are personalised to that group's interests, skills or potential.

Talent Communities are visible across your team, there is no owner and everyone can see them. You can filter and search within Talent Communities and order them by date added, latest profile activity or name.

You can also share a shortlisted group of talent from your Community with a colleague or Line Manager by simply selecting who you want to share and then clicking on 'Share Shortlist' and entering the email address(es) of the recipient you want to share that shortlist with

The Recipient will receive an email notification and can view the shortlisted group of talent by click on the 'View shortlist' call to action button

Talent Pools are private pools of talent that you can share with others to collaborate on.

Unlike the dynamic Talent Communities, Talent Pools are static and grow as you manually add profiles into them. They can be used as placeholders to manage high potential talent that you want to manage closely. They can also be used as a pre-qualified 'shortlist' of talent that you can use at anytime to add to an open opportunity to invite them to apply.
