Naming things can be hard, so here's a comprehensive list of how we've named things in Reejig

Across Reejig

 Talent Pools Talent Pools are created by you to pool candidates either for a particular job or type of role. You can attach one or more talent pools to an opportunity to add all those candidates into the mix.
 Talent Intelligence  Provides talent insights across your internal and external talent including their skills, locations, and years of experience. Note that Talent Intelligence is always for the full view of a job (including leads, applicants, employees and talent pools) and not just your shortlisted candidates.  Candidate Profiles 

A candidate profile is a combination of your own information on a candidate, and data Reejig adds from publicly available information. This means that someone who applied for a job several years ago will still have an up to date profile if they are also sharing that information publicly on social or other networking sites. 

 Select Rating

Ratings apply to a profile specifically for the opportunity or talent community you are viewing them through. Selecting N/A excludes them from future consideration, but doesn't train the AI. Otherwise ranking a candidate from 1-5 stars will train the AI on what you're looking for. Ranking a candidate as 1 star, will also remove them from a matched opportunity. 

When you see a profile through the ecosystem, there is no rating option. 

 Signals Quick visual identifiers that show you key information about a candidate. Learn more here
 Known Skills Skills that have been extracted from a candidates resume, or social profiles that they are clearly stating they possess. 
 Likely Skills Skills that are predicted based on the persons experience, tenure, industry and roles. These are based on the job architecture your team has built with Reejig.
 Technology Skills Skills relating to specific technologies like Salesforce Databases, Java, or HTML.
 Human Skills Personal skills like stakeholder management, leadership, communicating complex ideas etc. 
 Reejig Reckons Our transparent predictive AI algorithm that explains why a candidate has been matched to an opportunity, or provides insight into their engagement with you and whether they are ready for change
 Ready-for-Change Our predictive ethical AI algorithm that identified when a person is ready for change from their current role. This is based on industry trends, current job markets, your organisational trends and the tenure in their current job. 
 Brand Engagement A score based on how much this person is likely to be engaged with your brand. Opening Nudges, applying for roles, expressing interest, makes this go up. Ignoring nudges, and getting declined for roles, makes this go down. 
 Consent This tracks the level of consent that has been provided by the person to engage with your business through Reejig. Make sure you check with your team about what this means for your ability to reach out to them through Nudges or through other methods. 
 Profiles You might see links to candidates social media profiles. This includes where we capture information if the data is available publicly. 

Opportunity Marketplace

 Leads Profiles of people inside your talent ecosystem who don't currently work for you, who haven't applied, who have been matched to the opportunity
 Employees Profiles of current employees that match the opportunity but who haven't applied.
 Applicants Profiles of people who have applied to this opportunity. 
 Talent Pool Profiles that have been manually added through Talent Pools. Learn how to do that here

Talent Ecosystem

Preferred Work Type Based on the information entered on the individual's profile. If this has not been completed then results will also be incomplete. This is managed manually by your team and is not added to a profile automatically. To update this for a candidate, just open their profile. 
Save Search Use this button to save your results and return to them later, and/or share the link to the results with others. You can also turn a saved search into a talent community to keep it live permanently.
