How to attach pools to an opportunity

Easily add your chosen talent

You can always manually add a Talent Pool to your opportunities. When you attach a talent pool of quality people to the role, Reejig uses this as an indicator of what good looks like, and adapts the matches accordingly. This also works for future roles! So the next time you're recruiting for a similar role, Reejig will have learnt from your previous activity.

Step one

Navigate to the opportunity you wish to improve. In the ‘attach talent pool’ search box, select the talent pool and press enter.

Tip: You can add multiple talent pools to a job to add batches of candidates

Made a mistake? Simply click the blue X to remove the talent pool from the job.
