Find your perfect candidates in a flash.
Reejig will automatically review your job listing, and create Talent Matches for you based on the skills required. Skills assigned to each opportunity have been pulled out of the job description, ATS link or manually added when the opportunity was created.
Step one
Navigate to an opportunity to review the matched talent, separated into key groups.
| Internal | People from within your organisation that suit 70% of more of the skills of the role |
| External | People from within your Reejig ecosystem who match 70% or more of the skills required. They might be previous applicants, as well as other suitable candidates based on the skills required for the job |
| Applicants | People who have actively applied for your role. |
| Talent Pools | Pools that you have created, either previously or as you review an opportunity. They can be manually added to an opportunity. |
Step two
You can use the rating system to score each candidate. Remember, rating an applicant is only ever in relation to a specific job and not an overall rating of the individual.
| N/A | This candidate's circumstances are not suitable for this role. Select N/A if the candidate is in the wrong location, or not interested in the role. The AI does not learn from this rating. |
![]() |
Not a good skills match, this will remove someone from the opportunity list, and highlight that they don't have the skills required to do this job. |
![]() |
Not an acceptable skills match, but the person won't be removed from the opportunity list. |
![]() |
An acceptable level of skill to do the job, but they wouldn't be a top pick. |
![]() |
You would be happy to shortlist this person. |
![]() |
The best of the best and the type of person you want to interview for the job. |
Tip: Reejig AI learns from your rankings, and improves the skills matching algorithm for your opportunities. To keep this accurate, make sure you're ranking candidates based on their skills, not things like location.
Step three
You can also add a Talent Pool to your job to manually add candidates. There is no need to rate people from your talent pool, as the act of adding people to the opportunity is enough to highlight these are top quality candidates.

Once you've reviewed each tab and rated your people, you can start to create a shortlist. Select the people you want to move to your shortlist, then select Bulk Actions and Add to Shortlist.
You can also add people one by one by selecting the "Add to Shortlist" button on their profile.
