To begin, let's explore how to add candidates to your shortlist. Individually selecting candidates is a breeze. When you are in your desired Opportunity, simply locate the profile you wish to add and check the checkbox in the top left-hand corner of the profile summary card. Once you've made your selection, you will see the number of candidates selected displayed.

Now, it's time to take action. Click on the "Bulk Actions" button, and from the dropdown menu, select "Add to Shortlist," and voila! The candidates are seamlessly added to your shortlist, ready for further evaluation.

But what if you have multiple candidates to add? Fear not! Reejig empowers you with options. You can either choose to select all the candidates on the current page by clicking the checkbox labeled "Select This Page," or manually check the checkboxes beside each candidate you wish to include. Once you've made your selections, navigate to the "Bulk Actions" tab and select "Add to Shortlist." The chosen candidates find their place in your shortlist.

If a candidate no longer aligns with your requirements or needs to be excluded from your shortlist for any reason, Reejig provides a simple solution. Locate the candidate within your shortlist and check the checkbox in the top left-hand corner of their summary card. Next, click on the "Add To" icon button situated in the top right-hand corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, choose "Remove from Shortlist."
