Why does a profile not have a "ready for change" score?

Ready for Change % calculation:

The data used to determine the Reejig Ready for Change % is a complex combination of multiple internal and external data points with various weightings applied.  All of this data is used to derive various logics such as time in position, mobility within the company etc based on current and previous behaviours which are then applied to generate the overall percentage provided.

If a profile has no score showing it is simply because there is not enough data available to be applied to generate the overall percentage.
