Why can’t I find someone?

Sometimes you know who you’re looking for, but can’t find them

Reejig search has lots of filters and tools to find people, but the level of detail means you might need to be specific with your search to find a candidate. 

Step one

Go to your talent ecosystem, and click clear search filters to start again.

Step two

If searching for the name, use the Name field instead of start new search. Same goes for a job title, use the specific Job Title field. Make sure you check spelling variations. 

Step three

If you’ve contacted the candidate previously, you can search their contact details in the new search field, just make sure to use their full email address or phone number. Remember that phone numbers might be in multiple formats, so if you can’t find one, try it using a different format .
