What's the difference between ranking and rating?

Rating a candidate between one and five stars, lets the AI know which candidates are a fit for your job opportunity. This helps the AI surface the right people for the right opportunities in the future. Rating candidates is your way to influence the AI and get the AI working for you long-term.
