What is displayed in the Latest Activity section of the Reejig Profile?

This article explains what is visible on the Latest Activity section of the Reejig profile

In the Latest Activity on a Reejig profile you will see any actions performed on the profile in Reejig along with the date/timestamp - this includes:

  • Star Ratings
  • Movement of the profile to a Reejig Shortlist
  • Profile Views
  • Nudges sent
  • Addition or removal of Signals
  • When moved to ‘Not relevant for the opportunity’ - Appears as "Rated N/A for the opportunity"
  • Job Applications via ATS Integration - latest status only
  • Notes added to the Reejig profile only

Notes with an ATS integration

Reejig is able to import notes added on a candidate profile in your ATS into Reejig Notes. For example, in the context of SuccessFactors, we might import ‘Screening Notes’. These will not be shown in the Latest Activity history and will only appear in the Notes section of the Reejig profile. Only Notes that have been added directly into the Reejig profile will appear in the Latest Activity

Job Applications with an ATS integration

Reejig will show Jobs that the individual has applied to, along with the current/most recent status that they are sitting in, or, in the case of historical roles, the latest status in which they ended up in. You will not see the historical statuses that the job application has gone through - just the latest status of that application, in that particular job, at that point in time.
