What happens to a profile when an Employee leaves the organization?

Internals

Internals are defined as new or existing employees.

When someone has been ‘Hired’ (based on a status change in your ATS), or is an existing employee of your organization, Reejig will update their Profile status to indicate they are ‘Internal’. In the summary profile view they will have a ‘Internal’ badge:

On the full profile view, it will appear underneath their location and Gender (if specified):

Externals

Externals are defined as former employees or individuals who have never worked at your organization e.g. previous job applicants, for example.

When someone is external to your organization (that is, they are not a current employee) they will appear with an ‘External’ on their Reejig Profile.

When an employee leaves your organization and it is reflected as such in your HRIS, Reejig will automatically recognise this change and will update their profile from ‘Internal’ to ‘External’ and will apply an ‘Alumni’ signal on their profile to indicate this individual is a former employee.
