What are likely skills?

Likely skills are suggested by Reejig AI and are in addition to the core Human, General and Technology Skills that can be seen on a Talent profile 

Reejig AI will suggest likely skills for individuals based on:

• Analysis of skills possessed by other people with similar backgrounds and experiences.
• Identification of skills required for specific job roles through job advertisements.
• Comparison of an individual's skills with those of others currently working in the same job.

Likely skills are only suggestions, they can be added via the 'Edit skills' modal if the user feels they are in fact relevant to the profile
