User Hooks: Come back, we have news!

How Reejig's Nudge Engine help users by notifying them of "breaking news"

What you need to know:

  • User Hooks are sent by Reejig's Nudge Engine to Users of the platform (instead of Candidates in the platform)
  • User Hooks relate to things of interest to the User: when a candidate has replied to a nudge; when there are matches against a User's job requisition or Project/Gig; or a summary of nudge performance
  • User Hooks are delivered to users as emails, and include deep links that take the user back to the relevant destination inside the Reejig platform ... so you can get straight to work!

The details:

There are a range of User Hooks that are intended to give users of the platform information that can help them get their work done better and faster. These include:

Nudge activities digest

These weekly hooks remind users of the nudges they have sent during last 30 days, and summarise the most recent events happened on these nudges during last 7 days. This can help the user decide to re-engage the nudge campaign population, change the message, or refocus the audience.

Job owner digest

These daily hooks let Reejig users (who are owners of opportunities) know how many profiles are being matched against their opportunities so they can quickly jump into roles that have had recent activity or have strong match lists to review.

Nudge replies

Reejig users will also receive a hook when a candidate responds to a nudge, so they can keep the conversation going.
