Understanding the 'Not Relevant for This Opportunity' Button
What Is It For?
The 'Not Relevant for This Opportunity' button is there when you come across a profile that looks good but doesn't quite fit the specific needs of the opportunity.
When Should You Use It?
When reviewing talent for an opportunity, you might consider marking a profile as ‘Not Relevant for this Opportunity’ when they:
- Are located in the wrong location for the opportunity
- Have recently hired for another position
- Don’t possess the required right to work status
- Have Salary Expectations that are outside the range for that particular position
What Happens When You Click It?
Clicking 'Not Relevant for This Opportunity' does two important things:
- Removes the profile from the matchlist in that opportunity.
- Flag that person being rated 'N/A' for that opportunity so they no longer appear
Please Note: Marking a profile as ‘Not Relevant for this Opportunity’ does not influence or teach the AI - it simply removes them from the matchlist
