Reviewing and rating candidates in Project and Gigs

A Leader's Guide to reviewing and rating candidates in your Gig or Project Opportunity

 

1. Rate Candidates:

• After reviewing the talent profile, use the Star rating system to indicate your assessment.
• Assign a star rating to each candidate based on their qualifications and fit for your gig or project.

2. Change Status: 

• Click on the status button dropdown. By default, candidates are marked as "New". 
• You can change the status to “In Review”, “Unsuccessful” or “Successful”
