Our skills intelligence isn’t just for understanding your people. It also reads and understands the requirements of a job description based on your dynamic job architecture to build a list of required skills for each opportunity. Of course you can still manually update that list if you need to add some extra skills.
Skills matching
Once the requirements are defined, we match them to the known and likely skills in your people. The Leads (external candidates) and Employees (internal candidates) who are suitable are ranked automatically by relevance. This prioritises matches for Known skills and where the required skills mastery level is met.
You can also use our our "lookalike" algorithm to create an opportunity based on an existing profile that is a good fit for the role and find other candidates with similar skills and potential.

The output of this career pathing model also highlights skills gaps and learning experiences to allow development of individuals towards a "ideal" profile.
