My ecosystem is matching people who have done unrelated jobs like project management - why?
Reejig surfaces talent based on skills and potential rather than job title. This person may have been matched because they have at least 70% of the skills required for that particular role, may have experience from a particular project, is ready for a change, or started doing a course which aligns to this role.
People with broad experience, like Project Managers, are likely to have a broad range of skills that makes them common in search results. You can try excluding Project Manager job titles if you know that’s not the right kind of person you’re looking for, or adding more specific skills to find a technical candidate.
