Firstly, you can filter individuals based on their background information. You have the option to narrow down your search to internal employees or external individuals, allowing you to precisely target your desired talent pool.
You can refine your search even further, by locking in certain job titles, location, keywords, and previous companies individuals have worked at.
When you search by job titles, Reejig provides auto-populated suggestions, making your search process a breeze. Simply select the desired title, and voila! You have a filtered view of individuals who are currently or have been in that role.
Let's consider an example to emphasise the power of the search filter. We will focus on product managers - but you may want to exclude individuals with the current or past job title of "technical product manager." Hover over the title, click the red exclude button.
With Reejig's search and filtering, you can unlock the power of multiple filters working harmoniously. Adjust your search by location, using a sliding scale, to discover talent within a specific radius.
