Job Matching for applicants through an ATS
Find the right fit for every candidate, even if it’s not what they applied for
Every applicant that enters your ATS is uploaded and visible in the opportunity they applied for under the “applicants” tab. Applicants can be shortlisted alongside leads, internal matches and Talent Pool candidates.

As the applicants profile is updated, they may also be a good fit for other opportunities. They will automatically appear on the internal or external lists for those roles too, even though they haven't directly applied for them.

Just like with all opportunity matching, applicants will have their skills mapped against the requirements of the role. You can use the Reejig Reckons section of a profile to see if the applicant is a good fit.
