How to submit a support ticket via the Reejig Customer Portal

1. Access the Customer Portal:
  • Welcome! you are currently in the Knowledge Hub portal. At the top of the page, locate the prominent heading labeled 'Go to Customer Portal.'
  • Click on this heading to access the Customer Portal for further assistance.

 

2. Navigate to Ticket Dashboard:

  • Upon reaching the Customer Portal, you'll be directed to the dashboard displaying current tickets.
  • Click on the option labeled 'File a Support Ticket' located below the dashboard.




3. Provide Detailed Information about your issue:
  •  In the support ticket form, ensure to provide as much context and detail as possible.
  •  Clear descriptions assist the support team in understanding and addressing the issue effectively.



4. Upload relevant attachments or images:

It is highly recommended that you upload any relevant attachments or images that depict the current issue you are encountering to help the Reejig technical team understand the problem.
