Step one
From your Talent Ecosystem you can use Reejig Search to find any candidate in your ecosystem. Use Boolean search terms in the start new search field to look for those terms anywhere in a profile the talent ecosystem, the search functionality is incredibly intuitive and dynamic. You have the ability to search on a lot of different factors, including internal employees, external candidates, or overseas talent.
Step two
Add specific filters to narrow your field. You can filter against internal or external candidates, location, skills, job titles and gender or diversity signals.

Step three
If you’re looking for specific skills, you can use the skills field, remembering that Reejig will return results with candidates who have at least 70% of the skills listed.
Step four
If you would like to keep track of the talent with this particular search, you can save a search just for you, or create a talent community for everyone in your team to see. Each community you make comes with its own intelligence to tell you about where your talent is located, what are the top skills, which organisations do they come from, and what is the diversity DNA of this particular community.
