How to reset a Reejig password

Forgot that complicated series of letters and numbers you set up to log into Reejig? It happens. So we made it easy to reset your password or have it reset for you.

Note: If your account is using SSO, there won’t be any way to reset your password because you don’t have one. Just make sure you’re signed in to your company account in your browser and you’ll have access to Reejig whenever you need it.

Resetting your own password:

Password Reset If you’ve forgotten your own password you can reset it from the login screen.

Reset someone else’s password:

Password UI With admin access, you can send a user a reset password email using the three dots in their row in the ‘User Management’ menu. They’ll receive an email from Reejig that lets them create a new password and log back in.
