A step by step guide on how to report an issue on a talent profile you are reviewing

Reejig is committed to providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues raised so we can continually improve. This article will guide you on how to report an issue about a talent profile you are reviewing. This may include missing or incorrect profile information.
- Access the Specific Profile:
- Log in to your Reejig account and navigate to the specific profile or area where you encounter the issue or have a request.
- Once you are on the relevant profile, locate the 3 buttons (usually in the top right or left corner) that offer additional options for the profile.
3. Select "Report an Issue":
- Hover over the 3 buttons and choose "Report an Issue" from the drop-down menu that appears. This action will prompt a new pop-up page to appear.
- On the pop-up page, you will be presented with a selection of prompts related to the issue you are experiencing or the request you want to make.
- Select the most appropriate prompt that best describes your concern or request.
5. Submit the Issue:
- After choosing the relevant prompts, click on the "Submit" button to send your request or report the issue.
