How to report an issue about a Talent Profile

A step by step guide on how to report an issue on a talent profile you are reviewing

Introduction:

Reejig is committed to providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues raised so we can continually improve. This article will guide you on how to report an issue about a talent profile you are reviewing. This may include missing or incorrect profile information.


  1. Access the Specific Profile:
  • Log in to your Reejig account and navigate to the specific profile or area where you encounter the issue or have a request.

2.     Hover Over the 3 Buttons:
  • Once you are on the relevant profile, locate the 3 buttons (usually in the top right or left corner) that offer additional options for the profile.


3.     Select "Report an Issue":
  • Hover over the 3 buttons and choose "Report an Issue" from the drop-down menu that appears. This action will prompt a new pop-up page to appear.

4.    Choose Relevant Prompts:
  • On the pop-up page, you will be presented with a selection of prompts related to the issue you are experiencing or the request you want to make.
  • Select the most appropriate prompt that best describes your concern or request.


5.     Submit the Issue:
  • After choosing the relevant prompts, click on the "Submit" button to send your request or report the issue.
