How to improve your matching
Sometimes there’s something not quite right. Here’s how we fix that
If your matches aren’t quite right, how can you improve your searches?
Step one
The most effective thing you can do both in the short term and for future similar roles is to create a talent pool of people that fit the criteria you are looking for, and attach the talent pool to the opportunity.
Step two
You can attach your Talent Pool by searching for it from the top of the opportunity view here.
By doing this, you will be guiding the AI and showing the type of people you want for this role, so it can do more of this for you in the future.
Step three
From an opportunity, you can also review and rate your matches to provide a signal to further guide the AI to find the type of talent you want to see.

Step four
Lastly, you can open "Opportunity Details" to review the skills that have been suggested for the opportunity, then add and/or remove as needed.
