How to find talent through external sources

Inviting talent into your ecosystem has never been easier

Finding talent through external sources can be hard work, time consuming, and a poor experience for your candidate. Reejig is designed to reduce the friction whilst remaining compliant with privacy laws. No matter how your external talent finds you, or you find them, Reejig can help.

Adding new candidates from LinkedIn through Co-Pilot:

When you find a public profile through LinkedIn, Reejig Co-Pilot can capture all the data on their profile with one click.

Existing Profiles: If the person is already in your talent ecosystem, the Co-Pilot can take you directly to their profile. Make sure you’re checking details against your Reejig ecosystem so you don’t end up paying for the resumes of people you already know.

New Profiles: If the person is new to your ecosystem, the data on their public profile is used to create their Reejig profile. The usual Reejig skills intelligence, career insights and predictive intelligence will update overnight.

If you don’t see the Reejig Co-Pilot in your Chrome browser, you can install it here.

Using your ATS:

Step one

Reejig is connected to your ATS, so all applicants that are new to your ecosystem are automatically added to your ecosystem.

Step two

Expression of Interest or Talent Community ads are normally hard to manage and result in a pile of unread resumes. But with Reejig every new candidate is a new profile for your ecosystem that you can match for any role now and in the future. Using EOI roles in your ATS is a good way to capture the details of highly engaged applicants.

Tip: If Reejig is not connected to your application system, check with your Reejig administrators on the best way to add find new candidates.
