How to Apply for a Gig or Project on the Opportunity Marketplace

Introduction:

Communicating with candidates is a crucial aspect of the hiring process. Reejig's notification features enable you to inform both successful and unsuccessful candidates about their application status. 

1.Notifying Successful Candidates:

• For a Successful candidate, select the “Successful” Review stage.
• Click on "Notify Them Now" to send a notification to the successful candidate. Craft a personalized nudge message or choose from existing templates.

• If using a template, customize the messaging as needed before proceeding.
• Send Nudge: Click "Continue," and then hit "Send a Nudge" to inform the successful candidate.

• Select the “Unsuccessful” status for all your unsuccessful applicants. you'll be given 2 options to notify:
  1. Automated Notification that sends an email to the applicants with the reason for the decision, without revealing your identity
  2. Personalized notification which allows you to select an email template from the library, or write your own to send to unsuccessful applicants.
