How simple is the application process from initial job application?
Once a person’s profile is created in Reejig, all further profile updates and matching is completed automatically by Reejig.
Depending on what systems you have integrated, applications and CVs from your ATS, employment details from your HRIS, learning completions from your LMS and any additional data you manually add to Reejig will be combined in their live profile.
Reejig automatically matches profiles to opportunities based on their skills and potential, and you can easily prompt candidates to apply for matched roles, or reach out 1:1 through Reejig nudges.
