How does the experience differ if employees are active or passive participants in the mobility process?

Because Reejig takes the pressure off employees to do the work in the mobility process, we see much higher levels of employee engagement with organisations that use personalised matches and nudge communications. Even passively engaged employees can receive proactive communications and prompt expressions of interest. Whilst all active applicants and internal passive matches are treated the same through Reejig, the most active people will rank higher in their profile engagement score.

The Opportunity Marketplace can proactively nudge all suitable employees (who meet defined criteria such as tenure in role, performance history) to internal opportunities that they are matched against. They receive a branded message to their preferred channel (work email, text) recommending suitable matched opportunities.

Depending on your organisation’s processes and rules within a company, these nudged employees can be proactively added to the applicant pool and engaged directly - or they can be encouraged to apply.

From this point the proactively identified employees are efficiently managed in the same workflow as the reactive employees who have self-selected the opportunity.
