How does Reejig avoid duplicate profiles?

The magic of data helps us see patterns and trends

Our data process sounds complicated, but it is better than seeing double (profiles).

We use a 4 step process to ensure that profiles aren’t doubled up for you.

Step one

Reejig’s AI uses a weighting criteria to assess the data so we have a confidence score for each data point. The data passes through an alignment process, where we cross reference new data against existing data on an employee profile and the database assesses whether the new information is an update, a duplicate, or a mismatch.

Step two

We cross reference data like a profile site address, certificate number or qualification score.

Step three

The name - fully, partially including normalisation, and unique identifiers like phone or email are used to identify the difference between duplicate profiles and two candidates with the same name.

Step four

We then cross reference work experience, the role and the companies in employment history, as well as educational and regional identifiers.

At the end of the process, you can be sure the information on a profile should be accurate. But if you have a concern, remember to get in contact with your Reejig Customer Success Manager
