How do I share a shortlist with a Guest User?

Share your top talent with your team in a flash.

To share a shortlist with a user, you'll first need to create a Guest User Account.

Step one

Select User Management from the profile menu.

Step two

Select the ‘Add new users’ button.

Step three

Enter the user's details. For Permission, choose Guest.

Step four

The person you’re adding to Reejig will receive an email where they can create a password and gain access as a Guest User.

Step five

In the opportunity with the shortlist, click on the Share Shortlist button.

Step six

Type in the user(s) email address separated by a comma then select Get shareable link.

Step seven

Your shortlist share link is now copied to your clipboard. You can select the Link copied to clipboard button to copy the link again, or select Invite more and enter the email addresses of more users to invite.
