How do I manage and gain consent?

We’re committed to meeting your standards for consent and privacy

Understanding how consent for communications works with your people and your talent ecosystem is essential before communicating directly with people. Your organisation may have specific rules about how often, who from and how you can contact people. But we have some basic principles that Reejig stands by when it comes to managing talent consent for communications and data.

For more you can read our privacy policy here.

Establishing your own rules

The consent process is outlined and defined during the transformation and implementation period of customers. The biggest question is around an ‘opt in’ or ‘opt out’ policy. Reejig will work with you to ensure you are comfortable with how we will process and manage consent throughout the process.

Visibility of talent consent status

Consent status is visible on every profile in your ecosystem. Reejig has fail safes so that your team is not interacting with individuals without consent. 1:1 messages can be sent to any individual whose contact information we have on file. Bulk nudges can only be sent to people with active consent.

Consent data sources

Consent status is sourced in multiple ways based on each organisation’s unique requirements.  Generally, we receive consent status from your customs integrations (ATS, HRIS, etc.) and within Reejig for consent requests when no consent is held prior.
