Talent Pools can be created in a number of ways. The steps below outline both where the creation can be initiated from and how to complete the process.
Talent Pools can be created at any place in Reejig where interacting with a profile, including:
- The Talent Marketplace - when viewing match lists,
- The Talent Ecosystem, and
- Within existing Talent Communities or Talent Pools
From there, the process of creating a new Talent Pool is identical, as outlined in the steps below.
Step 1: Select Talent Profiles you would like to Talent Pool
- You can add talent one-by-one:
- Or in bulk
- Click on ‘Add to Talent Pool’
Step 2: Create a new Talent Pool
- A new window will open that will allow you to add the talent into an existing Talent Pool OR Create a new one.
- Click on ‘Create talent pool’
- Give your Talent Pool a name that best reflects the role you are pooling for
TIP: Avoid using acronyms when naming your Talent Pool.Talent Pools have a role to play in influencing the AI by signalling to Reejig that the people you are pooling are a good fit for the role you a Talent Pooling for
- Click ‘Create a new talent pool’
- Your Talent Pool has now been created and you can now add more profiles if you so wish!
