Does Reejig support matching based on capability instead of job title?

Skills and potential is what we believe in. It’s core to how we match talent

Reejig role matching is fundamentally built on matching skills to requirements rather than job titles. Every match is based on the capabilities and potential of the candidates. Learn more about Reejig Opportunity Matching here.

Job titles and experience are used to understand and interpret the skills a candidate is likely to have, based on your unique job architecture.

Opportunity requirements

Our skills intelligence isn’t just for understanding your people. It also reads and understands the requirements of a job description based on your dynamic job architecture to build a list of required skills for each opportunity. Of course you can still manually update that list if you need to add some extra skills.

Required Skills-Opportunity

Skills matching

Once the requirements are defined, we match them to the known and likely skills in your people. The Leads (external candidates) and Employees (internal candidates) who are suitable are ranked automatically by relevance. This prioritises matches for known skills and where the required skills mastery level is met.
