This guide outlines the simple steps to using filters and bulk actions to quickly create a candidate shortlist to share with others.
1. Navigate to Your Opportunity:
- Begin by accessing the specific opportunity you're managing. This is where your shortlist will reside
2. Sorting the Candidate List:
- Candidates can be sorted by best match, readiness for change, rating or activity based dates to quickly surface those who may be best suited for the opportunity
3. Individually or Bulk selecting Candidates for Your Shortlist:
- To individually select candidates, hover over their card and check the checkbox adjacent to their image
- To bulk select candidates, choose Select All from the dropdown menu at the top of the candidate list
4. Creating the Shortlist:
- With your desired candidates selected, select the Bulk Actions dropdown menu and choose Add to Shortlist
5. Sharing your Shortlist:
- On the upper right-hand side of the screen, choose Share Shortlist
- Enter the recipient's email, separating multiple recipients with a comma
- To share, then select Share Shortlist
- The recipient will receive an email, inviting them to view your shortlist
