Reejig builds consolidated profiles through skills extraction that is parsed from structured and unstructured data (including CV's applications, qualifications), and skills inference based on history of work roles to give a comprehensive view of the entire individual, their capability and potential. This data is based on extracted and merged talent data, with the AI model able to calculate relevant career paths, ready for change metrics, skills adjacency - and reports on diversity sourcing. 

Our search capability then provides powerful boolean and filtered search views that can find, filter and exclude based on the parsed details.
